Ideally, At BD, BZ must be available to move requsition into research/solicitiation phase and indicates that the requisition is in quotation phase. At PQ, BZ indicates that the quote is void and resolicitation is in progress. At PR, BZ indicates the revised quote is void and resolicitation is in progress. At IQ, BZ indicates the TTI quote is void and resolicitiation is in progress. At IR, BZ indicates the TTI revised quote is void and resolicitiation is in progress. At IV on C0R, BZ indicates the TTI contract is void and resolicitation is in progress. This clears the IV Date to allow a new IR. Clock is not affected At BV on C0R, BZ indicates the contract is void and resolicitation is in progress. This clears the IV Date and BV Date to allow a new IR.
